I was looking for a used RAM 1500 truck and had the good fortune of talking to Jay when I called to inquire about a specific vehicle listed online. Jay was clear, direct, forthcoming, extremely courteous, patient, and helpful. It took me a while to finally choose the best truck for me, and Jay was eager and ready to help in any way he could.
