I had an unpleasant customer service experience with the lady manager who works there. She wanted me to make a non-refundable deposit on the frames I liked. I'm the type of person who likes to think before making a decision. When i came back the next day, she said that the price 'went up'. When I asked her why, she stated that she is THE MANAGER in the store and can do as she pleases. Enjoy your experience shopping for glasses ...far away from this place :)
