Very fast and convenient service. Flexible hours make it very easier for me to get my contacts and glasses. I've had very pleasant customer service experience and definitely recommended to my family and friends. Manager has been very approachable and they have not turned us away for any reason.They spend quality time with the client to make sure the right choices are made. Very impressive service.

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing eyewear. Since the store had opened, we've been one of the first few customers. We've experienced great customer service. The optometrist is very nice and easy to deal with. Their prices are also very reasonable and the staff try their best to make the experience great for you.

I had a great experience the first time I came with my oldest son,when I purchased his contact lenses. Sati helped me and was very helpful and made me feel confortable. She went above and beyond to help me get contact lenses at a timely manner. Because the service was so good, I came back to purchase my youngest sons contact lenses. Thank you Sati for all your help.

Rude Lady!

I had an awful experience at this branch of akal optical today. The woman who was at the desk was pleasant at first but when we started asking her questions about an ad in a flyer we had received, she became very rude and almost accused us of lying (we had mentioned that a different branch of akal optical had offered a certain deal to us before). I will not be going there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would! Very disappointed!
