We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. I brought a car in for a drive belt replacement. The service manager Richard, looked at the belt and told me it was new so I didnt need it replaced. He did not charge me for the service check and recommended belt dressing as I had a squeal on start up. Had this been any other service station I would probably have paid for a new belt and any other issue they could find. I am so pleased with the recent conversion of my 1984 electric furnace to propane by Sparlings. My sales advisor, Daniel, thoroughly explained the different brands of furnace to consider, and the pros and cons of each. Vlad and Tim carefully and efficiently installed the tank and line and took care to leave my lawn looking as good as possible.
