This company and it's employees are second to none! I called to ask for price and availability on a briggs & stratton fuel pump for my ride on lawnmower. I talked to KEN and he said that 9 times out of ten the carb needs cleaning. He was absolutely right! Thank you for your honesty and integrity! We live in Lytton, BC and that suggestion saved us money and time. It is so refreshing to deal with such reputable people. Thank you KEN and CASCADE! We highly recommend this company!

Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer. So if you do decide too complain pick another place , This Home Depot is top Notch

I was interested in a new riding lawn mower and not sure where to go or what to consider.
Went to Fraser Valley and started looking and John spent over a hour with me going over all the specs etc. After cuttign lawn twice it looked like the oil was down and called John who apologized for not being able to come out that day but came next day and resolved my concerns.
