I brought my 2009 Cadillac STS here when I was involved in an accident. The work done on my car I have to saw was flawless. I've heard nightmare stories of people going to other body shops in the city and being over charged and the damages that were supposed to be fixed would show through such as paint bubbling or peeling etc. So far I've had no issues, the service was amazing, and the prices fair. The waiting room and quality at CARSTAR is great and the prices are very reasonable. I had 2 other mechanic shops look at my Civic and they couldn't figure out the issue, one even said to change the differential ($3000), Carstar found the root cause, and not it's perfect for only $645. Honestly, most shop just guess since they don't have the high tech gadgets, so I will also go to Carstar now on. I actually went to Carstar for a collision repair but fortunately I found their mechanic shop too. Lire plus
