The salon itself is pretty much like every other nail place and reception is hit or miss. If there is no one at the desk, they will look up from doing nals and are not particularly polite. The stand out in this place is Tony. He is such an expert in manicures that I come from the other side of Surrey just for him. He's a real professional and knows exactly what he's doing. Manicures from him can last a month. No upselling that I've ever seen here either. Lire plus

I seen a lot of bad reviews on yelp now I must say I was a little hesitant to go in there but wow I lI've it there it's so clean and everyone was friendly I asked and showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she did even better than the picture I showed her she was always making sure I was ok and was ok with what she was doing and checked if it was right with every new step she made, it was a little loud in there because the workers I guess were speaking to each other from across the room sometimes but it wasn't that bad and yes they all speak Vietnamese but I never found them rude or disrespectful in any matter all in all it was a good experience and I will go back and recommend it Lire plus

After visiting 4 other salons for gel nails and having them chip or break within a week or two -I work in an office and the most strenuous thing I do is scrub pots at home (gave the maid the day off -lol), this was very dissapointing. Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended!
