We had to tarp a leaky skylight when Covid prevented our ability to get it repaired. A competitor recommended Findlay. Our original aim was to retarp it until spring, not the best solution. Findlay came within a week in their busiest season. They not only assessed the damage, but repaired the cause (a previous roofer's incorrect repair). He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows.
