I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service. Linda went above and beyond in helping me find a gasket for my old model Kingsman fireplace. Not only did she order the part from the factory in Winnipeg, but also arranged a courier to expedite the process.
