Great! Pat is very knowledgeable and not only did he clean our chimney and give us a Wett certification for our insurance, he pointed out a couple of issues with our fireplace chimney that had been missed during installation (and cleaning by a different company). He added the missing caulking and also replaced the gasket on our wood stove door and now our stove is better than ever! It heats up so much better and uses less wood. Thanks Pat!

We had Kevin install two Regency gas fireplaces in our home. The service was excellent and very professional. He and his helper arrived on schedule and the work was completed for the price quoted. We are looking forward to the much lower hydro bills this winter! Thank you for a job well done!

Everything was a breeze from selecting the new fireplace that was right for our space to scheduling a time for installation. Richard and the team were extremely knowledgeable about the various products as well as intricacies of its installation during our renovation.
