Really polite and respectful salesman. Easy to talk to, knows what he's doing. Great selection of products. Installation was well done. A few problems with the baseboards and the flooding of the floor, but he was on the ball and we ended up receiving a discount. Quality of the work was great and didn't take too long putting it in either. Overall good place to work with.

Our experience with the guys at Summit Flooring has been outstanding. From the beginning when we started researching the possibility of hardwood floors, right through to the completion of installation, we have had unequalled customer service. Our salesman Sheldon was knowlegeable, honest and full of sound advice. He spent literally hours working with us, ensuring that we got the floor we wanted, at a price we could afford. Our installer Mike, whose services were arranged through Summit, as well as being a great guy, was experienced, meticulous, punctual, and customer focused. The hardwood flooring itself exceeded our expectations, as did everything else. The project was completed on time and on budget! I had only a tiny DIY project but Jeffery still went far out of his way to find the right product for me. He did some major creative thinking to keep my costs down. I was bowled over by the integrity and kindness he demonstrated. In reading other reviews, I see that this is normal for this company.
