What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic.

Luciano (owner/operator) went over and above my expectations. Competativly priced and nothing else was pushed on me. Via prompt email responses he assessed the job and suggested only what needed to be done (new A/C Instalation). I also had Luciano run extra gas lines and install an older gas fireplace, which he cleaned up and made look new again, that alone made the job extra special. The job was done right, clean and done with super service!

He sold me a refurbished air conditioner (in the middle of a major heat wave) with delivery and an excellent installation job for under $400.
One word of advice... if he asks you to do anything in preparation for installation, ask questions. Make sure you clearly understand what he wants you to do - otherwise you might find his customer service skills a little lacking.
Having said that, I wouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water. Do I recommend his service? A definite "YES"!
