I am utterly flabbergasted that Brian Ogram would be so willing to try and help figure out why my new washer was not working. He spent time via the phone getting me to do things to see if it would work. It had to be returned. but to have someone be willing to help when he is not even getting a service call, speaks highly to the kind of person he is. THANK YOU BRIAN

Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. We had an excellent experience with the Appliance Doctors. Our 2 year old Frigidaire dryer would not shut off and would not heat. Called on Tuesday and by Thursday a gentleman came and within minutes dryer was fixed, price was extremely reasonable and I was told that if it stopped working they would need to replace a part but there would be no further service call charge. We would just have to pay for part and labour. Fabulous, friendly service! Highly recommended! Dryer working perfectly

We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. My husband was at the new house when the service man came and was very impressed with his knowledge and quick repair. I would use them again.
