Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!
