Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!Lire plus
I absolutely love SAVY International Yoga Studio! If you have never been you need to go and give it a try. The instructors are lovely patient and very knowledgeable people who really want to help you in your practice and keep you safe while doing it. This place is gorgeous, spacious and the people are so friendly. When I was there the classes were medium sized (I did two) one had about 8 the other 13. So nice to have room to breathe and move! And it was easy to breathe, I guess they use some sort of "dry heat" whatever that means, it was easy for me to breathe despite the heat, which was a concern with my asthma. The changerooms are unbelievable, I wish my shower looked like that! I hope that others will come and try out this hidden gem! Namaste!Lire plus
