Wish I would have read these comments first. Having issues with washer. I was told I would be called by the appliance company on Friday. Well this is Monday past midday and still no call. I have had no access to the washer since Thursday. I just might have to contact the owner of the property. I am not impressed.
This company has caused us nothing but grief. These last few months have been a living hell. There's no communication within the company, they don't keep track of receipts, and they have no idea what they're doing.
Save yourself the grief and find another company to rent with. Their 'maintenance' does nothing, they give invalid eviction notices, and they ask for payments which were already made.
Terrible.
We recently had rented from Metro, and our experience was far less then satisfactory. We had several issues we needed addressed that were left to wait or never looked at. It took them almost four months to replace our dryer that was a fire hazard. There was possible mould issue that was simply covered up with baseboard and paint and not properly looked at. A leaky outside door at poured water when it rained and it was never fixed. Over all we will never consider renting again nor refer them out.
