No Service at all NOR any Customer Service skills when you call them! Very 'matter of fact' - 'if you don't like it you can cancel, and there's a cancellation fee'! What kind of response is that??!! Their comptetitors are amazing! They come by 2-3 times/day compared to NOTHING from St. Charles or maybe one time, very late in the day/night! Their 'competitor' offered to clean our driveway when he saw we were totally snowed in after the snowstorm!...Who do you think we'll be going with next year?
I'm wasting my money !! the most of the time they come very late and once a day even if there is a lot of snow on the driveway or after municipal trucks cleaned the streets filling the access with hard icy stones. Is the manager or the drivers job fault?... And the girl at the phone is not even polite.
Jusqu’a Cette année excellent service. Mais pour l’hiver 2017-2018mauvais service, nous devons attendre souvent plus de 24 heures pour enlever de gros dépôts de neige. Plusieurs voisins prennent finalement leur souffleuse ou encore la pelle pour sortir la voiture après plus de 20 heures du passage de la gratte de la ville. Pas pratique...
i AM A SENIOR AND HAVE HIRED THEM TO DO THE SNOW REMOVAL BECAUSE I CAN'T. They have damaged my property on January 8th by ripping out a border stone and flinging it over onto the snow bank on the opposite side of my driveway! I have experienced exactly what Jude7709 has. I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND GOT FRUSTRATION, ANXIETY, HARDSHIP BUT NO SNOW REMOVAL! DO YOU THINK I'LL BE CONSIDERING THEM FOR NEXT YEAR!!!!
Le service de cette année est mauvais comparé à l'année dernière. Aujourd'hui à 18 heures 30 , nous ne pouvons pas encore déplacer nos voitures à l'extérieur de la cour à cause du banc de neige de la ville. Le principe du service de venir tot le matin et en après midi n'existe pas dans la réalité.
