STAY AWAY!! When my ex moved out she transferred the rights of the house to me. One year later he tried to buy a house and the bank said he still owned half my house!! She charged me 1600 and then 500$ to fix HER mistake.  Fast forward to now 3 years later I’m trying to sell the house and the new notary found a mistake in the paperwork and my ex still owns 25% of the house!! She is ignoring all my calls but Answered the new notary and told him she’s refusing to fix the mistake
