Une équipe fantastique! Le personnel a su répondre à l’ensemble de nos questions en lien avec l’euthanasie de notre animal et le deuil chez l’enfant. Quelques jours suivants cette dure journée, nous avons reçu une carte personnalisée, signée par le personnel. Un très beau geste!
très mauvais service pour une chienne mourante ayant beaucoup de saignements, nous avons dû trouver une autre clinique et le vétérinaire a confirmé un tumeur cancéreux et il serait bien de passer à l euthanisie. Donc MERCI de l avoir laissé souffrir et retourner à la maison de plus que vous lui aviez fait subir une chirurgie il y a environ 2 moi pour un tumeur. Très triste pour cette pauvre chienne de 11 ans qui avait de la difficulté a se tenir sur ses jambes...husky de 11 ans Nica....
I took my cat for breathing problem and the clinic prescribed medication to help breathing. When I returned to the clinic a month later, I was told to discontinue the medication as the clinic was unsure why they had prescribed the medication as no X-rays or blood tests had been performed. The service is terrible - there 4 people ( student apprentice) and due to this took so long to even get a blood sample, it stressed my cat and the vet was unable to continue the work- they are unexperienced.
It's unfortunate to see you didn't have a good experience. We asure you that only fully licensed veterinarians work at our clinic and they really to their job with passion and compassion every day. It is sometimes difficult to have a diagnosis just by examining an animal and sometimes depending on the animal's condition it is also not always easy to be able to do all the diagnostic tests required. We hope you can find a solution for your cat.

wonderful doctors, friendly and professional. fair prices for services. i take both dogs to them.
I travel 1 hour to get to this vet and I wouldn't trust any other vet! They are awesome with my dog and they don't do tests for no reason ..prices are great , I love how they treat my dog with such compassion,I wouldn't have it any other way thank you clinique eardley for doing such a great job with my dog
I actually drive all the way from Stittsville to this clinic, they are great. They are not the type to do all the test when is not necessary. Customer service is great too.
I have been a client here since I moved to Gatineau in 2006. Just recently my oldest dog has become very ill. Dr. Robert and all of the staff have been so incredibly kind and compassionate as I fumble through one of the most horrible decisions I'll ever have to make. Not to mention that they have put aside so much time, both in person and on the phone, in order to answer all of my questions in order to help me and my little man get through this ordeal.
Last night, we found a kitten in the middle of the road just outside of our office. The kitten was in distress and the SPCA was closed. We were uneasy taking the kitten home with us simply because we have other animals in the home and did not want to risk any possible infections. We decided to phone Veterinaire Eardley to see if they could help this poor little guy in some way. I was put on hold briefly and then was told to bring the kitten to them and they would make sure it would be taken care of. What wonderful people who are obviously veterinarians for all of the right reasons!
Thank you Dr. Robert and everyone that works here. I am so grateful to have veterinarians that love my friends as much as you all do.
Needless to say, I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Simply said, their services are professional, personalised, and provided with sincere love and compassion for both their patients and their owners.
