1 star is 1 too many for this company. Called them to fill my empty tank with -20C outside. At first would only come for a full tank delivery. Asked what would be minimum he replied $700. When asked him to hold so I could figure out credit card he hung up on me. Terrible company taking advantage of bad weather and bad timing. Never use them.
I would give 0 star to this company if I can. They never come to refill your oil unless you call them. Last year we had 5 times ran out of heating oil and they couldn't come to refill even by the same day! We had to live overnight at -30 degress for several times. We usually called them in the morning, but they could never come to refill at the same day. We always have to wait until next day. Avoid this company before you sign any contract with them!
