Service à la clientele très mauvais

Très mauvais service. Aucune volonté d’aider ou de comprendre le client. Vraiment déçu, alors que le magasin est très beau. Comme quoi ne pas se laisser avoir par le look.

Vérifier vos carte de point. Zéro accumulation en point en 6 mois. Zéro aides pour régler le problème. Aller ailleurs. Déplorable

Si vous voulez des poissons malade qui tu tout vos poissons chez vous safari sur Taschereau saura vous servire se sont des spécialiste en maltraitance animal leur conseiller seront vous donner les pire conseille de plus la gerance est tellement mal fait que vous aurez un air bête en prime de votre facture pour un animal sans doute malade ici chez safari nous avons le bien n'être des animaux dans notre portefeuille :)

They have offer a lovely shopping experience in a very neat jungle-looking setting very consistent across their locations. Staff are true animal-lovers. Items on the pricey side but they offer an interesting loyalty program. Beware: impulse buying on animal gadgets is made easy! Quick access and convenient parking.

Sick fish, ich and fungus... not a good fish place!!

terrible place to get fish. on my last visit i spoted ich in 6 or 7 of the tanks and most tanks have at least a few dead fish in them. they also had a betta fish in a "display" bowl that was dead and caked in fungus (i mean a glob of litteraly half an inch all around the dead body). you could not pay me to put anything from that store in my tank without boiling it first, avoid this store or at least quaranteen anything you get from here. not a trust worthy spot

Great Place!

Great place to buy pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean.

Another location, same great service

Although this location is a little bit less showy than the dix-30 version, it's still fun to visit. The staff was very helpful with our millions of questons, and we left with our hands full and two new furry friends.
