Toronto Flower Company

I'm surprised to read some negative reviews regarding this company. They are a go to florist if you are in need of sending a gift to someone. They offer gorgeous flowers and I often treat myself as well. They have never missed any deliveries and flowers have been consistently good if not excellent. Keep up the good work, I absolutely love this place.

The worst! They did not deliver our Mother's Day flowers at all

Do not use this company! I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother for Mother's day and was contacted two days after the flowers were supposed to have been delivered to say that there was a problem with the order. It was never sent. Dealing with their customer service and seeking a resolution has been a nightmare.

My order has yet to arrive and it was to be delivered yesterday.

The folks at the Flower Company sourced out of season flowers for my mother's funeral because they were her favourite. They went out of their way for them and they were beautiful and fresh. In fact all the fowers for my Mother's funeral were fresh and crisp and beautifully arranged. I cannot praise them enough for their understanding and helpfulness.
