The owner, Francis is not a man of his word, nor is he pleasant, he does not show up when he says, does not honor his quotes,even when written in plain English and just wastes your time. He should not be in business. There are other much nicer and more professional stain glass providers.

Come on Gail that is not what happened. You were trying to pull the old bait and switch routine. I provided you with a written quote on repairs to your leaded windows. BUT you were trying to get your insurance company to pay for repairs, when what you really wanted was for me to make new windows for the price of a repair. Bottom line: you are dishonest Gail. Shame on you!
