Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This restaurant messed up my order. When I called to complain, the supervisor told me that she can only replace the fries. She then constantly repeated that the worker checked my order with me (which she did and she said everything right) but they still messed up my order. The entire 4 minute phone call was her arguing with me so I asked to speak to a different manager, she then told me that she is the only manager. Overall very unpleased with the service I received today.

Food is ok, nothing special. Twice we’ve gone since they’ve opened and both times they’ve messed up our order. We will no longer begiving the Howard location our business.

I believe I was given the wrong order, which I didn't notice until I got to my father-in-law's house in Tecumseh. On the way home I stopped by and explain the situation to the manager. Alex was extremely professional and helpful and refunded what was missing from our original order. Would return simply because of the great customer service.
