The dealership kept putting off a repair that was part of our condition of sale (+6 months), by claiming it would be fixed at our next service. When we booked this as separate appointment, they failed to provide the rental car promised to us (forcing us to miss work and scramble to find our own rental when all agencies were fully booked). To top it all off, once the repair was done, the car was returned with literally no gas. Whitby Subaru has no concept of integrity or customer service.
