    I renewed my mortgage in the summer and Courtney was the mortgage broker. Courtney took the time to understand my financial needs, he explained every step of the process, and provided me with the right mortgage. My monthly payment is manageable, I am satisfied with the service, and I would use Courtney again as my mortgage broker.     I've used Courtney to obtain my mortgage as well as for my renewal. As a first time home owner, I had a unique situation, Courtney was very professional and extremely helpful each time.     If you are needing a mortgage (either first time or renewing), Courtney is your guy. He helped me find the best rate when I was looking to buy a second property. He also helped me when I was coming up for renewal on my existing mortgage. He took the time to explain the entire process to me. He made the experience very comfortable for me.
