I find her to be competant but unfortunately eveyrthing else overshadows it. Her office isn't very effecient. Her appointments run late alot because she overbooks. Her secretary/sister is no sunshine - she's very difficult and grumpy all of the time. She makes you take off your shoes to see her yet she keeps hers on? The final thing which made me switch to a new doctor is her greediness. She won't see you for more than one thing. She makes you book another appointment because she can bill OHIP each time. Anything she can't bill - she'll charge you - without tell you first. So beware. Bring cash. Bring smelly socks.
