Unprofessional Service & Damaged Clothing - Avoid Fresh N Cleaner! I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my experience with Fresh N Cleaner. Last week, I brought in a Blue Polo Shirt with a stain for cleaning. Unfortunately, when I got it back, I discovered a new tear in the fabric. I contacted Fresh N Cleaner to explain the situation. Instead of offering any apology or solution, the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude. They denied responsibility for the damage.

The most terrible dry cleaner ever. I brought my winter coat and they ruined the real fur in the hoodie. When I argued with them the lady showed me a febreeze air freshener and told me they just spray the fur with this. Very unprofessional and they dont take responsibility. The only thing they did is to offer me a discount. Dont recommend that place.
