we are new in sudbury and have tried different restaurants to eat at we found pat and marios by accident and figured we would try it out the kids were greeted by the staff which I was surprised since children are usually over looked the food was amazing the service was excellant the prices were a little high but worth it I have eaten at a lot of different restaurants over the years and have never seen such a happy staff in all my years, the bathroom was impeccable, smelled nice and very clean outstanding place this fine establishment was a god send highly recomended to any visitors who want to eat some where they are appreciated and seem to really be served by a very professional group from young servers to adults the experience here has made me very happy and I guarantee I will be coming back to this restaurant on a weekly basis as a special treat for me and my family mr and mrs Matsoutsas you have an excellant establishment keep up the good work
This fine establishment was the best that I had been to in a long time. the service was quick the food was absolutley amazing and the server seemed to be very happy to serve me and the server never stopped smiling,and dining all alone I was very comfortable, the atmosphere was very relaxing and upon leaving there I was greeted with a very sincere thank you for coming to pat and marios and have a nice evening I was absolutly impressed by my visit there. It was the very first time that I had eaten somewhere and left with a big smile I felt like I was part of the family not just the public excellant enviornment for a family or a group outing.
The soup has been a standard for Pat & Mario's for years and is consistently good. However today may have been an off day, it was served cooler than it should be and I kept picking out chunks of peppers/stems ? Both of us had the soup to start mine as an appetizer and my friend as part of soup & sandwich special (good deal on her part because the serving was exactly the same size if she ordered it seperately, not so good of a deal for me). Florentina Salad (Spinach) was just mediocre, no pizzaz, seemed like the store bought variety. Wouldn't order it again or recommend it. The sandwich which I tried a bit of was perfect on a nice crusty roll. By far, the soup and sandwich was the way to go. The restaurant is consistent but there doesn't seem to be too much variety with their menu. If I'm in the area it is one of the choices but I wouldn't go out of my way to have dine here.
Ate on a Thursday night and had a great deal, soup/salad, appetizer, entree and dessert for $20. Food was excellent...Service on the other hand could have been better. Waitress seemed like she could have cared less to be there. Overall everything else was great and would go back again.
The food was alright and service was lacking. I haven't been to this restaurant in a few years and used to rate it a 10. I think it has gone downhill in the past few years.
