My first experience having watch batteries changed was positive. I called and asked if the owner repaired chains. He said yes. When I brought the chain, he initially said he could do it. When I asked him if he could take out the batteries of my two watches that I was not ready to replace yet, he quoted the price. I said ok. Then he said he was not willing to do any of the jobs. I make jewelry and had intended on becoming a regular customer and recommending a local business. Will reconsider.
