Poor Communication I have used this company several times for Christmas lights, deck staining and small renovation. I have to agree where this company falls down is customer service and project management. While the work was good, they are very slow to communicate scheduling changes to the client and slow to return calls. Most recently, they did not call back at all to discuss some work they did that now needs repair although they said that they would.

Not a "Golden Touch"

It started off offering great service. For the past few service calls the work is left incomplete. The outdoor lights that they have strung fall off only days after the installation. Several phone calls over the few days have provided no result. We went to their Speers location. We were told that they have not renewed their lease and there is no forwarding address. One has to believe that they have gone out of business.

I used their complete wash package which included the cleaning of both interior and exterior windows. I must say that I was extremely impressed with the results as the windows were left streak free. James and his crew was very nice and came on time. Highly recommend this company if you're looking into professional window cleaning.
