Terrible service. First they messed up my contract and double-billed me for months until they got it right. Then when the AC broke down they sent a technician who said it was the fan motor. They replaced it but then he said, oops I hate to tell you but it is the compressor and its not covered. That will be 1199 + tax. So I called Enercare and they said I had used up my allotted funds and was basically out of luck. I cancelled the program immediately. Complete garbage and waste of money.
