Excellent customer service. My old air conditioning went down during a high heat day and they were at my house within a day. Mr. Patel came and performed a diagnostic. Recommendation was to replace the old AC because the compressor did not work properly. The next day Mr. Patel’s team came and replaced the A/C. There was also a problem with the old wiring which was fixed including the replacement of the thermostat also. This additional work and replacement of the thermostat was free of charge. It

Mr Patel made furnance and AC replacement experience a wonderful one. He took the time to fully explain the options and various products and what all the technical details of each one were.
