Ordered The Tiger Shrimp, Nodes and Rice; however when I got home I notice that they give me the wrong order. The gave me chicken instead, when I called in they said that I was wrong and refused to exchange the chicken for the noodles. They were also very rude to me too when I came in. I also told them it was unsanitary how they were cleaning their stove with the mop they just used to clean the floor with, once they heard that they said to leave their store and never return. I have eaten luch here with co-workers on numerous occasions, and paid a visit again today. The staff are always SUPER-friendly and all the lunch menu selections I've tried were delicious - however I continue to return to my favorite on the menu, the Chili Chicken!
On Mother's day our family visited Chopstick Cuisine restaurant....@ 6:00 pm the restaurant was packed.We were greeted by the owner Johny and advised us the wait time politely etc...while waiting there, I happened to hear most of the customers waiting on line...were talking about Chopstick Cuisine being refered by friends or relatives....WOW.word of mouth goes a long way.
Let me tell you folks..even though the restaurant was so busy ...from cleanliness/food quality/friendly atmosphere...most importantly the fantastic service of all the staff...was never been compromised.....this is what have made us a loyal customer since we started there...will definitely spread out the good word.
