I've been three times. The first time my pad thai...

I've been three times. The first time my pad thai was terrible and I didn't want to return.. however, based on these reviews, I went back and tried something new. The combo#2 is very good. The spring rolls are very greasy but good. The vermicelli very good as well. Don't forget the mango pudding - both times they forgot to bring it.. it is nothing to write home about, but if I ordered it, I'd like to have it on my table.

Great food - and great prices! Definately try...

Great food - and great prices! Definately try the "Special Pad Thai" - which has chicken, shrimp, calamari and tofu - it's incredible. Undoubtedly best Pad Thai in the city - the restaurant itself isn't much, so if you're up for a night in on the couch order in or get take-out - be sure to add an order of fresh beef springrolls too - you'll be hooked for life.

If you are looking for great food and a great...

If you are looking for great food and a great price this is the place, don't expect the decor or service to be anything special but they sure make up for it in the taste and menu, the menu has over 400 items on it I would suggest the 303. Try it at least once.

The location in the White Oaks area has much...

The location in the White Oaks area has much better service. Overall, Ben Thanh isn't much to write home about. It has decent Vietnamese food but not so great Thai food. Overall, I find the food to be oily, greasy, and sloppily put together. In general, the stuff they serve is kind of like the fast-food version of Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. Number 303 is convenient and can be very tasty if you're really in the mood for it. But overall, most of the other Vietnamese and Thai restaurants in London are better. I do have to admit that their downtown location is awesomely convenient and the prices are ok (a little on the pricy side for Vietnamese food).

Food devine, service deplorable. This is a favorite haunt of my husband and I. The food, virtually without exception, is wonderfully flavorful and fresh. The service is ridiculously poor (how many times does one has to ask for their drinks, utensils, ask for a bowl three times - but they don't bring the spoon, botched orders, etc)
