Best Service

Our Car had starting leaking a red liquid which turned out to be Power Steering Fluid. We dropped it off on a sunday and when True Center opened on the monday they had called us within the hour. It turns out the vehicle needed a hose which was back ordered from the dealer, but Brian said he could more than likely fabricate one on the spot which is what he did getting us up and running that morning! Fast service and for less than what we would have paid elsewhere. Awesome all around service!

GREAT PLACE

I brought my car to this place to get an aftermarket exhaust for my vehicle. I pulled in and happened to see a guy (Justin) in the parking lot he stopped and greeted me as i got out my car, he brought me into my office and we talked me later finding out its the owner of the place, Justin is a very welcoming, friendly, chatty, and knowledge guy, him being the owner i was surprised he was as happy and nice as some of his employees i seen He knew alot of what i wanted and beat a quote i showed him buy $100! he showed me on his computer on what he will be doing and i felt very comfortable leaving my car there knowing he wont do any short cuts to get the job done right and well. location was far from were i worked, (York and Elizabeth) but i didnt mind knowing i was getting qualty work done and helping out a bussiness that deserves the amount of money Thanks Justin have already recommend you to many and you should be getting calls soon!

Fantastic Service

I discovered True Centre in 1998 when I first moved to Guelph. A single woman not knowing anything about cars has a lot to fear when she needs her car serviced! I immediately liked Justin the first time we spoke. He was thorough, explained everything and even worked within my limited budget. He even appeared genuinely sad when my old beater had to go to the dump! I've gone to True Centre for the last 13 years now with every vehicle I've ever had (and my husband's). I even seek Justin's opinion when purchasing new/used vehicles. It's a warm, friendly place that gives excellent service, value and more. The staff have worked there for years so that speaks volumes as well. I've recommended Justin to all of my co-workers, friends, and will to you now as well.
