Poor service, but nice people

Very friendly people, but services are not that great. If you are a student at the University of Guelph (like me), I recommend you not attend this dental establishment. That's because they will do as many services as possible to max out your coverage ($500), whether you need those services or not.

Harvard Rd Dental Care has succeeded in creating a warm and welcoming environment for the entire family. Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Abdalla are incredibly caring dentists who are genuinely concerned about your health and well-being. Both, dentists and staff, ensure your visit is as relaxing as possible and are happy to walk you through the dental procedures and answer any questions you may have. Harvard Rd Dental Care truly provides their patients with quality and personalized dental care! I would happily recommend them to anyone!

I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years and I can honestly say that I was scared to go back. However, I could no longer avoid getting my teeth checked. Unfortunately, I had two cavities (not bad for 10 years) and I was a little nervous to get them filled. The technology sure has changed in 10 years and now a numbing cream can be applied which greatly reduces the pinch of a needle. Also, Dr. Hendricks provided digital images of everything that was going on in my mouth for every step of the way and didn't hide anything from me. It was truly a great and educational experience. Fantastic Dental Office in South Guelph

With the south end of Guelph being inundated with Dentists, I felt compelled to write a review to say why I think Harvard Dental is the best office in Guelph. Location and ample free parking is definitely a plus, but more importantly, Dr. Abdalla and her husband Dr. Hendricks have created the most comfortable, state of the art, atmosphere in a dental setting. They are both very skilled Dentists who are caring and so compassionate. They care not just about our dental health but often ask about our lives in general. It's always a positive experience as the entire staff are friendly and so knowledgeable too!! Our whole family are patients at Harvard Dental, and have had lots of dental work done over the years. Our son was very impressed that the needle didn't even hurt when he had to have a cavity filled! Dr. Abdalla and Dr. Hendrick are youthful and fun and truthfully are a welcomed addition to Guelph. We will continue to refer our friends to Harvard Dental office.

Great experience at Harvard Rd Dental Care!!!

I want to share the great experience I had at Harvard Rd Dental Care. Dr. Abdalla took care of my dental work making sure I never felt any pain over my 4 appointments and I was done before I noticed. Dental techniques are top-rate. Dr. Abdalla was always reassuring and ready to answer any questions. She is also assisted by a wonderful team. Elaine, Marg, Jennifer and Debbie made me feel at ease since my first appointment. I definitely recommend to anyone!!!
