We are always going to this restaurant. I went on this website to show my husband reviews prior to going to dinner and could not believe the negative comments. THE STAFF ARE VERY ACCOMODATING - THEY ARE ONE OF THE ONLY RESTAURANTS I KNOW THAT GIVE SEPARATE CHECKS TO GROUPS OVER 8. Our whole office will only go there for lunch as they are efficient and timely with the food.
I think people should understand when there are big groups. We sometimes pre-order so that we can spend more time to chat.

We have been in Guelph for years and didn't know it existed. A friend went there and recommended this restaurant. The food was exceptional as was the service. They were really busy but I think it was the owner managed to find us a table - he was charming and honest about the wait time.
There is a real charm about the place - I think electric - our server was knowledgeable of the whole menu. A truly great experience - definitely going back for more!

I was ok with the food but was not happy with the service. Not very helpful when ordering and it took us 35 minutes to get our bills sorted. The staff wasn't willing to take all credit cards at once and was serving customers in between each card.
Wasn't feeling the love by the end of it.

A very pleasant place to have a Sunday breakfast and mercifully open at an early enough hour to accommodate people who don't sleep in all day at weekends. One quibble - the music was more than a bit too loud for a Sunday morning.
Definatly one of the better indian restaurants around. Having been to restraurants all around the country I would say for a smaller city the food had a big city taste. The decor was very pleasant and the food was good though more expensive for the same quality if you were in Toronto or Vancouver.
