DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are so rude, specially the owner. No customer service whatsoever!!!!

Absolutely love it here. It's my go to! If I'm ever out of the city and break a nail I will drive or fly back in just so they can fix it for me. I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old and through all the salons I've been to, they take the most care of me and do a fantastic job. I'm extremely picky with where I go, and quality, so it is nice to finally find somewhere who exceeds my expectations. Try their spa pedicure!! Soooo good, I'm booking one now! :)

Great customer service! My nails were a mess before coming in, but they gave me great suggestions and advice on what to do. The girls also take their time and ensure you get what you want.

I've been coming here for a long time and I typically have to wait about 20-30 mins to be seated and get my nails done however this last time I waited for over 2 and a half hours !! From 4:30-7:05, by the time I was done was another hour. This has also happened to a few of my girlfriends before, which is why they have stopped comingIf your looking to waste your whole day going to get your nails done then this is the salon for you! Don't even bother making an appointment you'll still be waiting.

Horrible Attitude and Disgusting Service

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The Owner is extremely rude and the service was horrible! I have never had my nails done so poorly ever. The first day after getting my nails done one of them broke. When I went back to let her know, she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that it was my fault. The next week three more of my nails broke and they all broke right down the middle and were very painful and bleeding. I will NEVER go here again! You would be better off going some where else and saving your money.
