Terrible customer service
Took my Yamaha receiver there, twice, when I failed to power up. Both rimes, they reset the unit and said there was a fault in my speakers. The second time, I told them that I had tested out my speakers and that they worked fine with another unit. Both the technician and owner were very belligerent and on trip 2, told me to never return. I then took the unit to Yamaha and they found the fault, replacing the power supply and a control module. Fortunately, Yamaha knows what they are doing.
