King Appliances Dundas

I hope that others do not make the same mistake we did. We purchased a washer/dryer set off of Kijiji from King Appliances. We liked the 6-mo warranty, not thinking there would be concern w them honouring it. The installers dropped the washer upon delivery, and it leaked during the test load. Over the course of 2 weeks we followed up many times up with no response. Had to drive to their office 3 times to get updates. Finally they texted me at 1:30am saying they were voiding the warranty.

Washing machine not working, worst experience ever! The guy was great when he took money. the guy that delivered started machine and said something was wrong when it started bagging, he said they will replace? Suppose to have 6 month warranty, but they will not answer phone, been calling for 3 months!!

I agree with the other complaint. I too purchased a used appliance for my business. When I plugged it in, it didn't work. Tried calling, emailing and texting. They did nothing to even try to fix it. Its my problem now is the attitude.

I am writing this complaint because I want to protect future shoppers. I had purchased a dryer from King Appliance in Dundas Ontario (Also know as Best Buy Appliance and Canadian Appliance Liquidation) We purchased a dryer which was defective. When we asked for our money back owner refused to help or give us our money back. He was very unprofessional. Very frustrating. My best advise is to not buy anything from King Appliance they will take your money but not stand by their product.

Awesome Same day service on our LG washer, had the parts on hand and left us with a working washer... very happy with the price, service and experience...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
