I WAS NOT INFORM THAT IT WAS A 3WAY CALL UNTIL I ASK THEM WHO WAS ON THE OTHER LINE, SPEAKING DIFFERENT LANGUAGE,I FIND IT VERY DISTURBING N RUDE.FIRST I WAS ASKED IS WHAT I WANT FROM THEIR CLIENT! N STARTED ASKING ABOUT THIER CLIENTS WHICH THEY WEREN'T SURE ABOUT, KNOW YOUR CLIENT BEFORE U REPRESENT THEM! ONE WORD FOR YOU, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
