Had an amazing haircut with Matt, loved the atmosphere and got a great fade.

I would say little judgment about whom to treat well, and upon how you look. There no doubt that they have to take care of there regular customers, but first time comers are also equally important. The lady who did my hair was very nice, I wish the tip amount goes to her. Just for here giving 3 rating. If not would have given 1 rating. But not a satisfied visit for sure. Not going again.

We made an appt for my son to see the girl we like after opening up after lockdown. We got there and were told she wasn’t there and another girl said she would do it. Signs all over the place say no mask no service but the hairdresser didn’t wear a mask. My son hated his hair so much he has been wearing a hat every day since. It is a terrible cut, nothing like the photo we showed her that she barely viewed. She had no regard for her community (high risk people) by not wearing a mask.

Kala provides excellent service. I went for a shave and cut, and everything was perfect.

Worth the trip from Kitchener. Always a clean atmosphere. We have been going to the shop now for more than a year. Roy, Camelo and Tony have given great cuts tonight the kids and husband are all happy. We alway call ahead & they always make time . Thanks again

My son has been getting his hair done with Tony now for the last 5years and he refuses to go with anyone else. Tony is awesome!

Tony and his staff are phenomenal, hands down a 4 star experience. Would recommended to anyone looking for a elite barber and shop.
