Just had a great experience with them. My laptop fell onto a floor and the hard disc was damaged. Brought it soon after they opened the next morning. Person at reception was very nice and attentive. The tech who would work on it arrived just then, and he told me he would look at it right away. He called quickly with diagnostic results and offered to install a new HD immediately. By lunchtime the same day, he called to say it was ready for pick-up.Amazed by the service and the price!

The most apathetic employees I've ever met. It was a chore for them to look up from their laptops. Store is small with little selection as well.
