Very very unprofessional people. Will be contacting my insurance with all the reasons why they shouldnt have these clowns as their preferred vendors.

Had a terrible experience. Would never recommend to anybody. Work only to make insurance company happy by changing their statement in favour of insurance company and not the customer. If your insurance company has advised you to go to Carstar Brampton, never ever go to them. You would be making the worst decision for your car as they are not respectful towards their customer and their car.

The staff and service at Carstar was amazing. The staff made me feel comfortable and the work done on my car was awesome. Two thumbs up I recommend this place to all my family and friends
