I have banked here for many years and have found the staff to always be helpful, professional and friendly. They always look after my best interest, recently I went in to increase my limits and they made me aware that it increases my risk ect. its just the little things that go a long way!
Your phone sevice is terrible. I simply wanted to ask how i can aquire a new scene rewards card as i have lost mine, however your automated phone service has made this harder than advance algorithms to communicate with anyone
The bank manager is very arrogant, unprofessional and does not mind her own business. My wife wanted to up her limit to 5,000.00. To her, it was too much money and asked why do we need to withdraw so much. My wife and myself answered, "non of your business" From there it got escalated. To some a 1,000$ ring is alot, to others a 50,000$ ring is not enough. My point is maybe 300$ to this manager was a lot of money, where 5,000.00 to us is not. Everyone has a different lifestyle.
