Emilo's you have great donairs, better than KOD's,Soooo disappointed with their donairs, yours are what always should be served as the face of how canadian donairs should be made and taste! Keep up the great job!!! I would recommand!

Deplorable customer service - unethical business

The pizza was overall quite good as it was not greasy and the crust and sauce had a nice flavour. The deplorable part was the unethical business practice and the hostile customer service. The unethical business practice - The cost of a half cheese and half veggie pizza should be half of each pizza added together - the ethical approach? However, the man running Emileo's approach is to charge for the full size of the more expensive pizza! The hostile Customer Service - When I questioned the price before paying, the response was "you don't want this, don't take it - we're very busy!" There was no discussion, but rather an immediate attack. Not taking the pizza was not a viable option - exhausted at 7:15pm on a Friday night, with two young starving kids in the car looking forward to pizza. However I did briefly consider shoving it back at him, before grudgingly handing the money over. Customer Service comes first in my view - that combined with a good product can grow a business. It is easy to see that the business may not be doing so well. When they first opened, the man running the show was a really nice person and although their prices were a little higher, I was happy to support the local business. Now after tonight's experience, I don't plan to give them my hard earned cash - EVER. It's your decision whether or not you support an unethical business practice.
