My introduction when I entered the service desk was to be asked what my mileage on the car was. My answer was between 11000 and 12000 kms but I wasn't sure the exact number. Paul's response was to role his eyes at me and grab my keys of the counter and with some indignation come around the counter and go outside to my car to read the mileage. His comment when he came back in was, yes, you knew abouts where the mileage was. Not a very good start, or a welcome introduction to this establishmet

Horrible Service, Slow, Service desk staff are rude. our truck was there for over 2 days and is still doing the same thing as when it went in so I basically paid them to do NOTHING!.... unless its a warranty part stay away from this place.
