Do not recommend this appraisal company. Very quick to come and look at your property, however to get your appraisal, or any response to your phone messages, text messages or emails is impossible. Indicated we would have our appraisal within a week. A month later we were still waiting. Left several messages, text messages and emails but never received response back. For all the degrees etc. She is supposed to have, very unprofessional business person. Do not recommend.

VERY unprofessional. Indicated she would complete the appraisal in 2 weeks. It was 4 weeks and it was still not completed and she would not respond to my e-mail, text or voice mail message. In the end I gave up and will have to arrange for another appraisal firm to do the job. I would have appreciated a response to my messages if she no longer wanted the business.
