I am sending this message to complain about poor customer service. I bought 3 pieces coffee table and end tables from the brick park royal on November 17 that we were supposed to receive it in one week, maximum 2 weeks but unfortunately after all my follow up with customer service at store they are telling me I am going to receive it on Dec 11. They just tricked us to sell their product which is against

Their sales rep named Hila did a great job on our new bedroom furniture order. We are very impressed with her caring & professional service & will have no hesitation in using her again for future purchases.

Years ago I built a brand new house. I purchased about $10,000 in furniture. I was extremely pleased and happy with my purchase. Excellent quality and long lasting durability. I am now in the process of upgrading my home and will definitely looking at the brick for furnishing. The customer service is always awesome, even if you are just browsing.
